Newly built in 2025 and modern in design, it sleeps 8, with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, a bunk room, a media loft and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a wood stove, and a red cedar hot tub sits on the deck. The cabin stands on four wooded acres. Callicoon Creek is a walk down the driveway, and public access spots are a short way down the road. Outside there is a fire pit and a gas grill. Jeffersonville is about five minutes away. Minimum stays vary by date and are often two or three nights. Pets are not permitted, and parties and events are not allowed. Guests can ask for meal delivery, grocery stocking and fishing guide recommendations. The setting is quiet and wooded.
